Scroll operated chuck with 2 sets of jaws (Reverse and forward) is widely used in mass production.

SALIENT FEATURES

Castings : CI Castings - High tensile ,Wear resistant cast iron alloy used with additions of Chrome and Manganese Hardness 180-210 BHN.
SP.Casting:SG IRON- 500/7 grade of SG Iron,Hardness 180-210 BHN.
Steel Casting:Medium carbon steel of 600 MPA tensile strength. JAWS :Case hardening steel & heat Treated to 56-60 HRC.
Pinion :Case hardening nickle chrome alloy steel & heat teated to 42-50 HRC.
Scroll : Forged high stremgth wear resistant case hardening alloy steel & heat treated to 40-50 HRC.
